Multicultural Festival - December 2011
Salaams (greetings) to everyone.
Firstly, our sincere appreciation to all - volunteers, donors, sponsors, committee members, stall holders, other societies, other not for profit organisations, invited guests and general public for their support of the Annual Multicultural Festival held on Sunday December 4th 2011 at Bald Hills Mosque.
Insah Allah we will get letters and certificates of appreciation to all donors and contributors. Thank you also to stall holders for your support.
Without all your help and support and Allah's blessing it would not have been a successful day.
We had a big turnout. The festival went without too many issues and hitches. Even the take-two of the auction was also a good call and we managed to get almost all items auctioned off.
We tried our best but please forgive us for any shortcomings. We hope to improve from our mistakes and your feedback for next year. We advertised in Courier Mail online events, our website, facebook, local papers (Bay Star and Quest Pine Rivers news) and did various Masjid announcements, we also advertised through other societies and interfaith groups and installed banners and posters. Thank you to all who supported the ticket sales activities.
